Hello Agvisors,

Happy Tuesday! Thank you for a great Agvisors meeting today and discussing our Main Campus Orientations. I want to follow up with some resources and reminder to our first deadline coming up:


  1.
Friday, April 3, 2026 - we must have our availability for May 26 - June 5, 2026, in Trellis.
     *
Please add Busy times over these to hide the appointments from students until May 1, 2026
     *
With this first round of Course Registration. Please add 7-10 hours each week of advising availability (you may also add more if you would like).
        *
This will be discussed in your clusters.
           *
First-Year Student Appointments will be 30 minutes
           *
Transfer Student Appointments will be at the minimum 45 minutes
