Staff Volunteers
We appreciate your support in making these events successful. Please ensure at least one representative from your unit is present at the undergraduate convocation.

Events Overview
Graduate Student Convocation
Thursday, May 14 | 7–9 p.m. | Crowder Hall

Student Sendoff
Friday, May 15 | 10–11:30 a.m. | Old Main Lawn

Undergraduate Convocation
Saturday, May 16 | 2–4 p.m. | McKale Center at ALKEME Arena

Request to Participate
For students who have already graduated or will graduate outside Spring/Summer 2026 but wish to participate in May.
Deadline: April 26 (11:59 p.m. AZ time)

RSVP Details
RSVPs are required for all events and will be open March 24 – May 3 (11:59 p.m. AZ time). Each event has a separate RSVP form.
Ticketing

  *   Crowder Hall (MS/PhD): Guest tickets required; students may request up to four when RSVPing
  *   McKale (BA/BS): No tickets required; unlimited guests

Student Communications
Graduating students will receive a Graduation Newsletter with RSVP details, expectations, and reminders throughout the semester.

Student Speakers

Academic Achievement
Students receive cords only for earning Dean’s Scholar (formerly Academic Distinction). Dean’s List recognition is awarded as a digital certificate, and Latin Honors are noted on the student’s diploma.
