Hello everyone,

Just wanted to update everyone about the process for STU210 students who did not attend their ACD College Meeting back in March.

STU210 students who did not make it to their ACD meeting are now required to attend either the FY/TR Virtual Orientation Experience. They are no longer eligible for the priority registration process.  If a first-year or transfer STU210 student makes an advising appointment via Trellis, please cancel the appointment.  These students can only register for the TR VOE session, will need to complete their Arizona Arrival portal, and then sign up for the appropriate appointment on May 1, 2026.

If you would like to verify that they are signed up for the Virtual Orientation Experience, you all should have access to the UA Next Steps ADMIN page in UAccess.  If this is not marked as a favorite for you in UAccess, you can go to Main Menu>Student Admissions>Applicant Summary>UA Next Steps Admin and save it to your favorites.  There, you can see if a student is signed up for a VOE session (see snapshot below).
