Thank you to those of you who were able to join us for an Orientation Campus Review session. We wanted to highlight a few of the main points that we shared during the presentation.

  *   All students begin their orientation process with a Countdown to Orientation tile that opens in their Next Steps Center two weeks prior to their scheduled orientation session.   *   We have created a Campus Partner Resource Page<https://orientation.arizona.edu/campus-partner-resource-page> that is hidden on our main website. This page has a full list of any and all resources that you might need for orientation this season and beyond. In addition to the page, we have created a Campus Partner Resources Folder<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JvQ-AViYTqkN5PYtb5NFSjNcRC4zXoQ3?usp=sharing> for any Google Docs, Business Process Guides, etc. that we use before, during and after orientation.

For those of you that are assisting us by volunteering for the University Welcome or the Orientation Troubleshooting Room, we just want to thank you again. We wanted to share some highlights from our Volunteer Training.

  *   On the day that you are volunteering to assist, you will be able to go in using the links provided in the 'Full Coverage' tab on the Orientation Assistance- Summer 2022<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TiMyG1A1bleGx-skU5eyF9df9It7vKgTkGMOtvt9zjA/edit?usp=sharing> sheet.      *   Orientation Troubleshooting Room<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/87878478537>
     *   University Welcome <https://arizona.zoom.us/j/82805741433>

  *   For the Troubleshooting Room, you will be assigned to a Breakout Room once you enter the main zoom room. You should stay in this Breakout Room during your shift and be prepared for any questions that might head your way. For the University Welcome, you will be let into the webinar when the room opens. Once we see you have arrived, you will be promoted to a panelist in order to assist with Q & A during the presentation.
