Due to classes moving to online/remote instruction for the remainder of the academic term, all classrooms will be locked unless requested to be used by faculty to utilize the space and technology to record a lecture or other instructional content. For assistance in utilizing the technology please contact CTS at uits-cts at email.arizona.edu<mailto:uits-cts at email.arizona.edu> or 621-3852.

Department Schedulers should log into Ad Astra<https://www.aaiscloud.com/UArizona> and choose the Instructor Room Reservations for Recording a Lecture form for this process.

Instructors are encouraged to work with their department scheduler to reserve a room but if that option is not available, please view a help guide online here<https://registrar.arizona.edu/sites/registrar.arizona.edu/files/forms/How_to_Reserve_a_Room_Lecture_Recording.pdf>. Call Room and Course Scheduling at 621-3313 if you require assistance or to book directly.
