[Agvisors] Mobile phone carrier look-up

Following up from the discussion in our Agvisor meeting today.

Below is the site I go to in order to check mobile phone carriers.  Its free to use, unlimited searches.
Then I Google how to send email text to that carrier.
For example, Verizon users, it is phone number at vtext.com. 5205551234 at vtext.com
Each carrier is different.
Then I send an email from my UA email account to that phone# + carrier to text them.
If the student responds it will reply to your email inbox.
