[Agvisors] REDCap launch- Ready, Set, GO!!!

Hello Agvisors,

I am writing to let everyone know that REDCap is now ready to launch and will serve as the new survey tool for senior exit surveys! I have attached a flyer with instructions for completing the survey for your reference. It is designed to be printer friendly so that you can have copies available in your office for students. You can also copy the image and include it in an email if you choose.

Here are some instructions for switching to the REDCap system:


1)      Please implement the REDCap survey no later than Monday, February 6 and discontinue the use of paper surveys for both the CALS and major exit surveys.

2)      Continue to follow your same protocol for asking students to complete the exit survey prior to completing their graduation check appointment. You may either email them the survey instructions ahead of time OR advise them to complete the survey at your office immediately before meeting for their grad check. You should not need to make significant changes to your grad check process.
Notes:

*         Remind the students that they must verify they have completed the survey by taking a screen shot and emailing it to you, or by physically showing you the survey completion screen at your office. This is very important.

*         Jim plans to share data back with departments ~2x per year.
