Dear UA Colleagues,


Fall 2017 Financial Aid will begin to be released to students who are enrolled in at least 12 units the week of August 14th. Financial Aid will begin to be released to students who are enrolled in less than 12 units the week of August 28th.

Message to students: Undergraduate financial aid is initially awarded based on full time status (12 units). In order to receive your financial aid as early as possible, enroll in at least 12 units. Students who are not enrolled in at least 12 units by 8/24 will begin to receive their adjusted part time aid the week of 8/28/17.


Additionally, the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA) will continue the Pell Recalculating Policy for undergraduate students first implemented Fall 2016.  The Fall 2017 recalculation dates are: 9/5/17 and 11/4/17.  Attached is a guide that shows which recalculation dates undergraduate students may be subject to depending on their course enrollment.
