Roxie,

Could you please let  Advisors know about the new reports on Enrollment Appointments we have created for them in Analytics?  I would appreciate your feedback, as well as advisors on the reports.
The reports are available in Analytics under Dashboards --> Student --> Advisors --> Enrollment Appointments (Direct LINK<https://analytics.uaccess.arizona.edu/analytics/saw.dll?Dashboard&PortalPath=%2Fshared%2FStudent%2F_portal%2FAdvisors&Page=Enrollment%20Appointments> ).

Background: Based on a request from Robin Rarick last week & feedback from Russel Potter & Keely Donovan, we created a few reports in Analytics to make it easier for Advisors to see how many students will have enrollment appointments per week so that they can better balance their schedule for advising appointments. We wanted to get it ready before priority registration starts on Monday.

Below is a brief description of the reports:
1. Number of Students By Appointment Date: This report shows you by the registering term, the unique number of students in that plan as well the  count of students possible by each appointment start date. Note: If a student has multiple appointment dates, they are counted in multiple groups.
2. List of Students By Earliest Appointment Date: This report shows (by the registering term) the list of students and only shows their earliest appointment date.  Students will show up once for each of their majors. This will give you a sense of the distribution each week assuming students pick the earliest registration date they are eligible for.
3. List of Students By Appointment Date: This report shows (by the registering term) all the appointments the student is eligible for. So, a student will show up multiple times for every combination of major & appointment date.

Note:

-          Since this is a direct database request, you cannot change the sorting of any of the reports (Technical limitation).
