Hello!

 

I hope the first week of classes went smoothly and you enjoyed the long
weekend.

 

I am happy to announce that our online sign-up for this year's Meet Your
Major Fair is now available:
http://clas.arizona.edu/content/meet-your-major-fair-departmental-registrati
on.  Online registration will be available until Friday, October 3rd.

 

The Meet Your Major Fair will take place on Wednesday, October 8th from
11am-2pm in the Student Union Ballroom.  Please plan to arrive no later than
10:30am to set up your table and to stay until the program ends at 2:00pm.  

 

Lunch will be provided for up to two department representatives.  You are
welcome to bring others with you, but lunch will only be available for two
people.  

 

If you will have two representatives for your department, please submit a
*separate registration* for each person.  That will help us ensure we have
all of the necessary contact information as well as an accurate lunch count.

 

You are encouraged to bring visuals/displays for your table and to have the
department name clearly identified.

 

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you in advance for your
participation in this year's Major Fair.we look forward to seeing you on
Oct. 8th!
