Dear Colleagues,

 

Are you aware that since the inception of the program in 1980, the Writing
Skills Improvement Program (WSIP) has aided over 25,000 students
individually and over 45,000 students in Weekly Writing Workshops? 

 

Please share the attachments broadly among students, staff, and faculty.

 

Highlights of the attachments:

 

Writing workshops for English as a second language learners (for
undergraduates, graduates, staff):

 

The Writing Skills Improvement Program workshops cover many aspects of basic
college writing for English as a second language students. Open to
undergraduate or graduate students or staff members, these workshops are
free and open to all with no preregistration required. 


Graduate Writing Workshops (for graduate students, staff):

These workshops cover many writing challenges and responsibilities faced by
graduate students from the beginnings to the culminations of their degree
programs. These workshops are free and open to all students, faculty, and
staff with no preregistration required. Just show up!
