Hello.

 

A few changes have recently gone in to UAccess that we wanted to share.

 

A couple weeks ago, I had emailed regarding the ability to stipulate a
minimum GPA value on exceptions for Course Offerings and Enrollments so that
in progress courses that became E's or W's would not fulfill requirements.
The minimum GPA field on exceptions for course substitutions that are either
Course Offerings or Enrollments will now default to 1.0 for you. Manual
action will only be required if you need to move a grade of E to a line
(e.g. to the GPA line in the graduation requirements) or want to mandate a
higher, required GPA for the exception; in such a case you'll need to update
the value in the minimum GPA box prior to saving your exception. If you
select Test or Transfer credit the 1.0 minimum grade points box will become
blank.

 



 



 

 

A cosmetic change is that requirement groups, requirements, and lines that
are not satisfied on the online advising report will display the Not
Satisfied in red text so that unsatisfied requirements stand out better and
so the online advising report looks more like its PDF brethren.
