Good morning.

 

We believe we have identified and corrected the issue that was sporadically
causing PDF advisement reports to fail to generate.  We also discovered that
this same error was affecting transcript requests in a similar way.
Contrary to rumors you might have heard, the cause of this error was not
UAccess becoming self-aware.

 

If you encounter any additional issues with the PDF report or transcripts
please let me know.
