Date:               July 18, 2012

 

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Recruitment Team, will be moving
from Old Main to Bear Down Gym during the week of July 23.  The last day we
will provide assistance at Old Main will be this Friday, July 20.  

 

Please note the following in the event you need to contact a recruitment
team member and/or direct prospective students to our office.    

 

Customer Service

Week of July 23:

- Limited counter and walk-in service will be provided at our new Bear Down
Gym reception desk.  Students may drop off documents or seek general
assistance.

- Our Call Center will be full service at 520-621-3237, Monday-Friday,

8 am - 5 pm.  Assistance is also available at admissions at arizona.edu or

 <http://www.arizona.edu/future-students> www.arizona.edu/future-students.

 

Week of July 30:

- The Undergraduate Recruitment Office will completely reopen for daily
business.

 

Arizona Ambassador Campus Tours

Week of July 23:

- Tours will begin and end at Memorial Student Union Gallagher Theater.

 

Week of July 30:

- All future tours will begin and end at the UA Bookstore, lower level,
unless otherwise noted on our website.

We apologize for any disruption in service during our move.  We are excited
to begin   serving prospective UA students out of our great new office space
