Subject: PDF Advising Report Issues

 

Good morning.

 

You might have noticed during the past couple days that the PDF version of
the advising report does not always generate when you click "View Report As
PDF."  Instead the "wheel" in the top right corner will spin and then simply
disappear.  We are aware of the issue and continue to investigate what is
causing these occasional failures.  If you request a PDF report and it fails
try clicking the "View Report As PDF" button again.  Repeat as necessary
until the PDF comes up-usually within a couple attempts.

 

We apologize for this inconvenience and will notify you when the issue is
corrected.
