Hi Jeff and Lori, 

I received your name and contact information from Cindy in Career Services.
I contacted her regarding an upcoming visit we would like to plan to UA and
she suggested working directly with you (my original email to her is
attached).  Two of our operations employees would like to visit campus (we
are targeting the evening of February 27th and all day on February 28th) and
share information about our company with your life science students.  Our
presentation is very interactive and informative - I am confident that if we
can get an audience to come see it, they will respond well to the content.

We are hoping to offer the students a couple of presentation times (maybe as
much as 3 or 4 and in two different locations, to accommodate any potential
schedule conflicts, if you feel this is appropriate).  Ideally, we would be
able to present in a classroom or conference room that is in the building
where the students attend class.  We have tried a central, student union
location in the past at various universities and not been as successful.
Our presentation is about 45 minutes and we would need a projector and
screen - we will bring our presentation on our laptop and coordinate
catering/pizza and beverages.  

I am hoping to partner with you to identify a location and assist me with
the room reservation.  As well as, to help with the PR to the students.
Once we have the locations and times confirmed (we are flexible on time,
whatever you think would be best for your students), I will get the details
to my team for print.  We will then mail the event promo cards to you for
distribution (besides the presentation information, they include a QR code
and unique event URL with some fun, pre-event content).  Additionally, if
you have other ideas about the PR for your students (electronic PR, student
orgs, etc.), please let me know and I will try to accommodate your requests.
