If you don't recall our past visit (in 2008) or what our company does (pharmaceutical drug testing in Chandler), I am happy to send additional company information, just let me know. We would like to visit campus in February (the evening of February 27th and all day on February 28th). During this time, we would request the reservation of classrooms where we can deliver presentations about our company to upcoming life science graduates. My initial thoughts were to deliver 3-4 presentations, giving the students various date/time options to attend - maybe one in the evening on Monday, 2/27 and morning, lunch and afternoon on Tuesday, 2/28. I really prefer to deliver the presentations in a classroom of a building where the students attend class. We have experienced better attendance in these locations than a central, student union location in the past. We will be targeting undergraduates in the life sciences (animal science, biology, zoology, chemistry, microbiology, biochem, etc). If you agree to host our visit, we will create the presentation PR and send to you (or others you might identify for us) to distribute to the students. What we would ask of you is to suggest times for the presentation, as you know the students schedule/availability better than myself, and to assist with reserving a presentation space. We will need a screen, projector and computer hook up (we will bring our own laptop). Finally, if you could suggest potential catering options - we will likely offer bagels in the morning and pizza for the afternoon presentations. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
