Dear Advising Community,

 

We are aware of the issues happening in UAccess this morning;

1.       Slow performance

2.       SQL errors

3.       Inability to save data

4.       The Schedule of Classes at schedule.arizona.edu has been
unavailable

 

We have identified caching issues as the source of the performance issues
with UAccess and are currently working on a solution to resolve all issues
with cache.  We have developed a plan of action, but we need to test it
before proceeding with the fix in the production system.  I will keep you
posted on our progress.
