Dear Advising Community,

 

We have successfully completed the upgrade to Peopletools 8.51.  As is
typical with upgrades, users may experience some performance issues in the
first day or two of being live.  We have found that these issues can be
resolved by asking the user to clear cache.  We have provided user guides on
how to clear cache for all browser types; please see below for detailed
information.  Please forward this message to other users in your offices as
you see fit.

We are pleased to announce that UITS has successfully completed the upgrade
of the UAccess Employee and Student Systems to PeopleTools 8.51.  Systems
will be available Monday, July 18 at 6:00 a.m. as planned.  

 

As with any system improvements, users may experience some minor issues.
The upgrade included a rebuild of the web, application, and database tiers
upon which UAccess relies.

 

Should you experience performance degradation with page loading times and/or
formatting irregularities please close all browsers and clear the browser
cache.  If you are unsure how to clear the cache from your browser, please
follow the link listed below for browser specific instructions.
