*** Calibration Workshop for Fertilizer & Pesticide Application Equipment on Friday, April 22 at the Diablo Stadium complex at 48th Street/Alameda in Tempe.  Attendees have a choice of a morning or afternoon session to earn 2 hours of CEU’s for AZ Dept of Ag or OPM applicator licenses. http://turf.arizona.edu/events.htm

*** Annual Turfgrass Field Day on Wednesday, May 4 at the UA Karsten Turf Research Facility in Tucson. Tours begin at 8 am through lunch and 1 hour of CEU’s offered for AZ Dept of Ag or OPM applicator licenses.  http://turf.arizona.edu/index.htm
Register before May 1 to attend the cost-free Field Day to learn about the newest research in turf.

*** First-time pesticide golf and agricultural applicator licensees can review and prepare for and take the initial licensing exam on Friday, April 29 at the UA Maricopa County Cooperative Extension in Phoenix. Details and registration form are at: http://turf.arizona.edu/index.htm

*** Any person short of CEU’s for Office of Pest Management (OPM) applicator's license can attend the OPM CEU’s Session to obtain 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 hours of CEU’s.  The “last chance” session to obtain CEU’s for license renewal will be Monday, May 23 at the UA Maricopa County Cooperative Extension in Phoenix.
