[UAS] Potential Guest Speaker - UAS group

Dear UAS Group,

I wanted to request your pre-approval to invite an Aerospace and Mechanical
Engineering Ph.D. student  (Mr. Sahand Sabet) who is working on an
interesting UAS version (Rollcopter), capable of  Hybrid Aerial-Ground
Mobility.  I think it would be a great opportunity to know about his work
and find ways to collaborate.

If OK by everyone I can invite to our next meeting.

Enclosed is an IEEE  paper on his work.
