It offers options to connect with others as well.
  *   Move Arizona<https://lifework.arizona.edu/move-arizona> - opportunity to build community and move together (movement is beneficial during times of stress, and this is a team event which can help strengthen community)
  *   Take a Paws (pet therapy) offered each month for employees at various locations.
