[SRM] Tierra Seca Meeting Minutes October 25, 2022

Hello everyone,

We have made a few adjustments to the steer raffle. We will be raffling off
4 quarters (just like last year), NOT eighths. Additionally, the ticket
pricing will be $20 each or 6 for $100. Please see the updated flyer
