[SRM] weed survey

Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to take part in research to determine stakeholder needs related to weed management in Utah and Arizona. This research is being conducted by Dr. Kristina Young at Utah State University and Dr. Elise Gornish at the University of Arizona (IRB: #12757). Your participation in the research will include answering a set of survey questions that will take no more than 9 minutes of your time to answer. Once you click the survey link, you will be given additional information about consenting to the survey, then will have the opportunity to either begin answering survey questions or decline to take part in the survey. You can withdraw from the survey at any time and we will not be collecting identifying information from participants. Please only fill out the survey once and feel free to send to other folks!
