The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension is advertising for a Rangeland Monitoring Research Specialist to support the Three-Forest Monitoring Agreement. This position will be located in either the Prescott or Camp Verde Extension office. It is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
Primary duties are to conduct a variety of standard vegetation sampling procedures for inventory and monitoring of soils and vegetation on rangeland ecosystems and to summarize, analyze and display results using GIS software. Most field work will occur on public lands administered by the US Forest Service (USFS).
