The FY19 Pathways Internship announcements have been posted on USA Jobs.
 
  
 
There are two announcements for Florida (soil conservationist-6 positions & engineer-1 position), Open: 12/3/18; Close: 1/18/19:

These announcements were issued by the Department of Agriculture for multiple agencies, so they are not specific to NRCS as they have been in the past.  The locations in these announcements are for the county where the position is located and not the specific city.  The announcements also show recruitment for grades 2/3/4/5, but there is a note in the announcement which says, “Grades recruited for are the GS-02 to the GS-05, however, not every USDA agency and location will select for all or any grades.  Selections will be made according to agency needs.”
 
  
 
The announcement states that the closing date of the announcement is January 18, 2019, but that the first referral of candidates will be made from applications received by 11:59 pm EST, December 9, 2018.  We will be reviewing applications from students received through the closing date of January 18, 2019.
