where the position is located and not the specific city. The announcements also show recruitment for grades 2/3/4/5, but there is a note in the announcement which says, “Grades recruited for are the GS-02 to the GS-05, however, not every USDA agency and location
will select for all or any grades. Selections will be made according to agency needs.”</span></p>
