Could I get your help in distributing this rangeland job opportunity? The Research Technician position is a full-time, benefits eligible position with The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension in Kingman, AZ. The position is funded on a year to year basis.

The primary purpose of the Research Technician is to support the Research Specialist perform a variety of standard sampling procedures for inventory and monitoring of soils and vegetation on rangeland ecosystems. The position may also organize, evaluate and digitize existing data related to project goals. Efforts are conducted in cooperation with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) personnel and grazing permittees. The position also assists The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension personnel in educational activities regarding land management, assessment and monitoring. Additional responsibilities may be deemed necessary and assigned by the College and/or Extension administrators.
