We are looking for 1 or 2 great people to join our team.  Reviewing the people who have been on the Synergy team over our 20-year history, 70 % of those who best fit our team came from referrals.  Which is interesting because of the resumes we have reviewed, maybe 1 or 2% have come from referrals.
