[Srm] AZ SRM Meeting Info for Students

To the University of Arizona Students,

First off, I hope everyone is having a fun and productive summer! I do not
want to spam everyone's inbox, but the summer meeting is almost upon us,
(August 5th - 7th, only 3 and a half weeks!) and there is very important
information, especially concerning the students with Tierra Seca:

1. Registration is free for Tierra Seca members, paid for by Tierra Seca!
Yes, this also includes our graduate students whom are active within Tierra
Seca. Just shoot me an e-mail and I'll get you all registered. My only
request is that you help with our annual burrito breakfast on Thursday
morning, which is really only helping set-up, cook, serve, and tear down;
I'll take care of the rest.

2. If transportation is the limiting factor, let me know! There should be
plenty of carpool options from the Tucson area, including the fun time of
riding with me. I'll be leaving Tucson early afternoon on August 5th.

3. Since logistics can be a nightmare, I need to know if you would like to
go by July 28th. After the 29th, there is a late fee, and we do not want to
pay that. Plus, it's good to be early for the folks planning the meeting.
So let me know today! Or tomorrow, but at the very latest the 28th.

On behalf of the officer team, I truly hope to see each and every one of
our student members there. It'll be a great time and a great start to our
upcoming school year.

Just a note: if you are a student and not yet involved with Tierra Seca,
please do not hesitate to contact myself or any one of our officers. These
events are great opportunities to meet and mingle with fellow students,
faculty, and professionals within multiple areas of expertise.
