[Srm] Tierra Seca Meeting This Week!

Hey everyone!
Yes, Its true! Tierra Seca meeting this week!

This week is super exciting! We will be having officer nominations! Below
are the duties of each officer. Please think about whether you are
interested in being an officer, or if you think someone else would make a
good officer! See you all on Wednesday!

1.       *Secretary*
a.       Maintains accurate and current information of the organization and
membership.
b.      Assists president and vice-president to coordinate organization
activities.\
c.       Keep accurate minutes and attendance of each meeting and forwards
copies to other officers.

2.      *Treasurer*
a.       Liaison to ASUA for the purpose of organizational funding.
b.      Maintains accurate and current account of all organizational funds.
c.       Responsible for dispensing of funds in accordance with goals and
programs established by the organization.
d.      Collect membership dues each semester.
e.       Completes annual Taxes for non-profit status of our organization.

3.       *Vice President*
a.       Assumes duties of president when necessary.
b.      Assists president in coordinating activities.
c.       Assist other officers as needed.
d.      Designs and maintains Tierra Seca displays in BSE foyer and third
floor case.
e.       Maintains social networking sites including Orgsync and Facebook
profiles
f.       Manages listserv subscription

4.      *President*
a.       Coordinate all activities of the organization.
b.      Liaison to the University community.
c.       Official representative of the organization.
d.      Call to order and organize meetings (preparing the agenda,
informing members of the meeting time, presiding at meetings).
e.       Act as a board member to the Arizona Section of the Society for
Range Management.
