Please find attached the minutes from the most recent meeting of Tierra
Seca on Wednesday, February 27th.  Note: We plan to meet again next
Wednesday, March 6th, which is only a week later, but is necessary for some
time-sensitive business that cannot wait until after Spring Break.  We hope
