[Srm] Tierra Seca Meeting Minutes, March 7, 2012

Please find attached the minutes from the Tierra Seca meeting on March 7th,
as well as one more copy of the minutes from February 22.  I am unable to
tell if the February 22 minutes ever reached the recipients on the list, so
I thought I should not take chances and send them again to be sure.  Thank
