[Srm] Tierra Seca Minutes for February 22, 2012

Hello all,

(Second attempt to distribute these; listserve did not appear to function
properly.)  Attached are the minutes from the last meeting of Tierra Seca.
I apologize sincerely for my tardiness; I had much distraction in life
recently and actually thought that these had already been done until I
found my unprocessed raw notes.  I will make an effort to improve my
timeliness starting with this week's meeting, as I realize that meetings
usually include some discussion of time-sensitive business.
