[Srm] Tierra Seca Meeting Minutes

Hello everybody,

Attached is a copy of the agenda with meeting minutes from the first
official Tierra Seca meeting of the semester if you are interested (they are
a little long because we had a lot to talk about). Hope to see a bunch of
students at the next meeting. We've got a strong URME team planned out so
far!!
