Greetings!
One more issue we were discussing in 2017 was this-
" Each country (/region) might have its own observance of rituals /
celebrations / cultural activities that are directly connected with some
aspect of Rangelands / Grasslands / Pastoralists or even Jungle/ Forest
etc. followed in certain specified months - generally based on local
activities like harvesting season or sowing season.
Doing similar activities in those particular months would ensure better
participation by local communities that are already celebrating such annual
events.

I'm also reaching out to Sh. P. Vivekanandan with more details. This
aspect, I thought, might be of some use in other regions as well.
