[Risgchairs] RISG coordinators meeting 7 July 2023- final minutes

Dear all,

Only now do I realise that I had not yet sent the final version of the minutes of the RISG meeting on 7 July: I had sent it only to Francesca because I wanted to check a final detail with her and she had replied immediately - and then it stayed in myinbox.

Here now - finally - is the final version of the minutes.

Please note the action points, which I paste into this mail:
-      RISG South Asia to post IYRP song on regional page of IYRP website or ask Barbara to help them post it. Done.
-      Layne to share concept note for fundraising from USDA.
-      Each RISG to send its update report to Igshaan and Ann, who will compile the reports to send to the International Support Group (ISG) and to post on the IYRP website.
-      Ann to put Zuriñe in contact with Barbara for guidance re: posting items on the IYRP website. Done.
-      Ann to resend to all RISGs the guidance letter for writing letters of support for the IYRP. Done - see attachment, also to be found in several language on the IYRP website https://iyrp.info/resources/front <https://iyrp.info/resources/front> - scroll down to "Letters of Support"
-      Igshaan to send details about upcoming GCG meeting to all RISG co-chairs (Note: All RISG co-chairs are in the GCG listserv). Done.
