The hotel will collect a deposit at the time of reservation, which is refundable up to four days before the reservation.  Rooms must be booked by Thursday, February 15, 2024 to get the discounted rate.

Agenda Overview: The welcome mixer is Sunday evening, followed by a 3-day meeting (Mon-Wed), and a field tour on Thursday. Some highlights:
