Hello grassland enthusiasts,

I'm writing to let you know that we still have a small number of spots left in the Grasslands and Climate training series<https://southcentralclimate.org/resources/webinars-workshops/training-for-grasslands/> workshop!  This will be a 2-day in-person workshop with an opportunity to grow one's skillset in climate adaptation and network with other grassland practitioners.  The workshop will focus on Central North American Grasslands (Tallgrass, Northern Mixed Grass, Central Mixed Grass and Shortgrass Ecoregions and the Sagebrush-Grassland Ecotone) and will cover climate data tools, vulnerability assessments, and adaptation actions.  There will also be an interactive scenario planning activity on day-2 that will give participants an opportunity to apply knowledge gained on day-1, while also building a peer network and grappling with uncertainty in decision making. Attached is a flyer for the event and travel information.  The workshop will be free, but travel costs are the responsibility of participants.

Please register asap and feel free to share with other grassland managers.
