I'm Héva, working at Rangelands initiative. I'm writing to you because we are looking to recruit a GEF expert/ fundraiser consultant to prepare a proposal for ILC RI. The extended period of applications ends soon and we are still pending some more specialised profiles. Therefore we would like to ask for your support in two questions :

- Could you please circulate the attached ToR amongst those you know that could be interested and maybe amongst the Rangelands Partnership network?
