There is a Professional/Administrative opportunity at Arizona Western College for an Agriculture Science Manager reporting to the science department. The position will be a 12 month contract starting July 1 with responsibility for the Land Lab with teaching duties and an expectation of interaction with the community. The salary range begins at $52,000 and may be increased by an annual stipend, depending upon qualifications and experience.
Here are the qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Sciences with experience in agriculture. Candidate must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, relate well to learners of different ages and multi-cultural backgrounds and demonstrate commitment to the philosophy and mission of a comprehensive community college. Preferred: industry experience in agronomy, plant science and/or soil science.
