[Plsugs] NOTICE - Dec. Graduates Degree Candidacy Application Due Thursday

Dear Graduating Seniors,

Students who intend to graduate this December must apply for candidacy through their UAccess Student Center by September 1 to avoid incurring the $50 late fee.

Attached is a copy of the 2164 Degree FAQ sheet from the Graduation Services Advisor and a copy of the CALS graduation survey is as well.  Please fill out and submit the survey when you return the degree check forms to Forbes 203!
