If you are graduating this December 2016 (Fall) or Winter session 2016 PLEASE READ:

There is a $50 application fee that will be applied to your Bursar's account when you apply for graduation online via your UAccess Student Center.  This is a standard University of Arizona fee for all students.  The deadline to apply is September 1, 2016 to avoid a $50 late fee (for Fall and Winter 2016 graduates). Please note that for May 2017 and August 2017 graduates the deadline is February 1.   Instructions to apply are listed below.

The only thing that must be completed by September 1st is the online application.  Completing the degree audit with your academic advisor should be done in a timely manner after applying for graduation, if possible within the first month of Fall 2016 classes.  After this deadline you will still be able to apply and graduate, however you will be charged a $50 late fee.  Please contact your academic advisor if you have any further questions or call 520-621-3616.

Instructions to apply for Graduation via Uaccess Student Center:

We recommend you apply for graduation the semester before you intend to graduate or within the first weeks of the term you plan to graduate.  Only the next four calendar year terms are available to select in the application.  If you will not complete your degree within one of those terms, you will remain eligible to apply until your term becomes available.

Deadlines to Apply:
Spring and Summer graduates - February 1st of the intended semester.
Fall and Winter graduates - September 1st of the intended semester.

To proceed:

1. Refer to your main UAccess Student Center home page.

2. Select "Apply for Graduation" from the drop down menu, which is located under Academics.

3. Select the "Apply for Graduation" link next to the degree program for which you are applying.

4. Follow the instructions on each page of the application.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email with instructions for next steps.

**Submission of this online application by September 1, 2016 is the only step required to avoid the additional $50 late fee for Fall and Winter 2016 graduates.  Students can still apply after this date but will be charged: $50 for actual application plus $50 late fee for a total of $100. The fees are charged to your Bursar's account.

If you apply by submitting your online application by September 1, 2016 you will only be charged the standard $50 fee.
