I wanted to reach out because I'm an Executive Recruiter and I'm representing a client that is looking for an individual to fill their Farm Manager need in Wenden Arizona (housing and vehicle provided.) They are looking for a person more junior and a good educational background. I thought it would be worth the effort to reach out and see if you knew someone in your network that would be interested. The farm is 10,500 acres. The commodities they grow are melons, alfalfa, almonds, cotton, palm trees, and durum wheat. Looking for someone to supervise farm operations with tenants, manage business tracking reports, manage project plans, participate in business operations planning, perform account management with ag vendors, manufacturers, retail distribution companies, irrigation and construction vendors to coordinate crop production data management efforts as well.

The company is well-established since the late 1800's. They purchase farm land across the country leases the land to farmers, works closely with them to adopt their business model, best practices, and agronomic protocols. The goal is to have a high functioning farm operation in place to increase the value of their assets.
