Job Description:
The SSSP is in the process of developing a web-based,
streamlined scholarship matching system for all UA students that will
provide Wildcats scholarship opportunities. We are currently looking for an
ASP.NET Jr. Developer to assist in the creation of our web interface. This
is a Federal Work Study Position and you must be eligible for Federal Work
Study to apply for this position
Job specific requirements:
* The applicant must be able to create advanced web pages in C# with
.Net platform.
* Must understand how to access a database layer component and
manipulate the output within an ASP.NET page.
* Knowledge of Telerik components is a plus.
* Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development
and determine project scope and limitations.
Qualifications:
* Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
* Must work well without supervision.
* Must possess superior analytical, organizational, editing, and
communication skills.
* Must be able to adapt quickly to the various tasks and
responsibilities that SSSP undertakes.
* Must work well in a team and office environment.
* Must be able to take initiative and apply logical problem-solving
and decision-making skills.
