You are invited to the inaugural Graduate Student Wellness Fair on October 27, 2022, from 4 PM to 6 PM. Please read on for more information.

This event promotes resources that support graduate students' well-being. Drawing on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness<https://store.samhsa.gov/sites/default/files/d7/priv/sma16-4958.pdf> - emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social - campus partners will share information and opportunities to enhance your health and success. Interactive workshops will include yoga, meditation, conflict resolution, financial wellness, and more!

Agenda
The event will consist of a resource fair in the ENR2 Building's courtyard as well as workshops throughout the building.

Resource tables will be available from 4 PM to 6 PM, while workshops are offered during two time-blocks:

4:30 PM to 5 PM

  *   Diversity Grad Chat
  *   Yoga - For and by Graduate Students
5:15 PM to 5:45 PM

  *   Conflict Resolution Strategies - Learn and Role Play
  *   Diversity Grad Chat
