As the unit evolves and we consider how to best prepare the graduate students in SPLS to enter the workforce, it has become apparent that the power of these conversations should be placed with you, the student. As a result, for all upcoming semesters, we will be following a timeline of events to allow for open communication between you and your PI to plan your funding. Please be sure to speak to your PI

Aligning with the university’s core value of a diverse and inclusive community, it is an institutional responsibility to recognize and acknowledge the people, culture, and history that make up the Wildcat community. At the institutional level, it is important to be proactive in broadening awareness throughout campus to ensure our students feel represented and valued.
