The University of Minnesota Plant Science Symposium organizing committee would like to invite graduate students to submit abstracts for student’s presentation for the 2022 Plant Science Symposium. The theme of this year's symposium is "Growing Solutions for a Changing Climate". This year's symposium will be held with a hybrid format. Rather than an in-person poster competition, there will be an oral presentation competition via video. This will give students an opportunity to present their research, gain experience in oral communication, and interact with other plant scientists.


Students who are selected will be asked to record their research presentation ahead of time.  An 8 min video will be played during the student presentation time slot followed by a question and answer portion.
