[Plsgs] Supp Comp and Fall Semester

Hello Everyone,

There has been a lot of confusion about this weeks' time sheets.
I wanted to email everyone and give an update.

Supp Comp for Summer '22 ended on 8/14. Supp Comp is considered an hourly position, so over the summer if you were on Supp Comp you should have been entering your hours daily just as an hourly employee would. If you did not do this and waited until today to try and enter hours for last week (8/8-8/14) you will not be able to enter your hours. If you haven't already done so, please email me your hours for last week broken down by date. I will need to manually enter these hours into your timesheet.

Starting on 8/15 - you should have been moved over to your Graduate Assistant/Associate position and are now a salary employee. For this week you will need to enter PAW, I sent the instructions of how to complete this to every one of you when I sent out your offer letter. I have attached those instruction here again for your review.
