As the message from UA Administration was somewhat confusing, here is the interpretation by Gene Hall, the Forbes building manager. Hope this helps clarify the new guidelines.

Subject: [forbes] Fw: Update to the Administrative Directive on Face Coverings
Below is the latest update on masks everybody should have received from President Robbins. Here's my interpretation of the message:
FULLY VACCINATED: masks are no longer required in a 'common use' buildings like Forbes (in yellow below), except classrooms and other instructional spaces (see green highlighted below).
NON-VACCINATED: individuals must still follow the polices that were initiated last year (in blue below).
MASKS STILL REQUIRED: The Student Union, university libraries and other locations (in pink below).
If I interpret this correctly, Fully-Vaccinated individuals no longer need to wear a mask in Forbes unless in a classroom/instructional space. Non-Vaccinated individuals still need to follow the previous policies.
Cheers,
Gene
